Beverly MOSHER-Frigone

After graduation Beverly went to work for Pacific Telephone Co as an Operator.  She advanced to supervisor in the long distance department.  In 1956 she met and subsequently married Louis Frigoni (a 1952 SBHS graduate) Their marriage has endured and they were blessed with 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  After the children were grown Beverly worked 15 years for Equifax as an Interviewer and retired in 1991.  According to Husband Lou, Beverly is an accomplished belly dancer and has danced at several Southern California locations.  She is also an active member of the Highland Senior Center Exercise Group (That's right guys, we are all now classified as Seniors!)

 

Chuck Ousley

      

After SBHS graduation, entered San Bernardino Valley College, graduating in 1955.  Entered the Navy, Summer 1955, spending the first year in Interior Communications School.  Served as Company Commander and graduated first in my class.  Served aboard the Destroyer USS Twining (DD-540) in the Far East operating out of San Diego.  Responsible for maintenance and repair of all on board navigational, communication, and engineering warning systems.  Discharged Summer 1959.
 
Returned to San Bernardino to work for my Dad at his Chevron Service Station located on the corner of Highland & E Streets.  Entered the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business January 1960.  Graduated August, 1962 with a B.S. in Marketing.  Elected to the national honor business society Beta Gamma Sigma.
 
CAREER
 
Returned to San Bernardino after USC graduation, working for Sage's Complete Markets (remember them?).  Worked in all stores holding several middle and higher management positions.  Early 1970, recruited by the Disneyland Merchandise Division, joining Disneyland in March, 1970.
 
In 1971 sent to Walt Disney World in Florida to assist their Merchandise Division for the Park's October, 1971 opening.  Returned to Disneyland holding several higher management (toy buyer, retail sales manager, merchandise manager) and executive positions.  From 1974 to 1977 responsible for all food, merchandise, and operations of Disneyland for the Parking Lot, Main Entrance / Toll Gate Plaza and all of the Main Street area.  From 1977 to 1990, in charge of the Merchandise Buying Office that purchased retail merchandise for Disneyland's stores.  In 1980 and 1981, temporarily assigned to assist with store layouts and product development for Tokyo Disneyland.
 
In late 1990 moved to the Disneyland Hotel to develop store merchandise programs, and to upgrade and expand all hotel stores.  Returned to Disneyland in 2000 to develop profitable merchandise initiatives for Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure.  On May 31, 2001, retired after 31+ years of working for The Mouse!!
 
PERSONAL
 
Married after USC graduation in 1962, having a son Charlie born in 1963, and a daughter Leslie born in 1965.  When joining Disney, moved from San Bernardino to Irvine.  Marriage end in divorce in 1972.  I remained in Irvine.
 
Remarried in 1974 to Mary, who at the time was the Decorative Gift Buyer for Disneyland.  We have one son Ryan born in 1982, and is currently a student at USC.  Have one grandson born in 1991 to my son Charlie. In 1990 moved from Irvine to Laguna Niguel.
 
CURRENTLY
 
Work around the house in my garden, bicycle to the beach, work out at the gym three days a week, and read.  During the football season, attend all USC home games with my son Charlie and my friends.  My son Ryan is currently a Student Manager on the USC Football Team.  I have been a USC season ticket holder since 1972.
 
Still interested in automobiles, attending automotive events and shows with my buddies. Assist my wife in her job as Director of Merchandise for The Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach.  Interested in, and collect, baseball memorabilia with my son Ryan.

Steve Piller

Steve left for Pennsylvania shortly after graduation, then joined the Marine Corps in '54 and was discharged in '59.  Entered Bank of America's training program in 9/59 and spent the next 38 years as an Administrator and other management positions, and retired in 1997. He enjoys retirement and  assists his wife in her real estate business while enjoying his hobbies (woodworking & computers) and grandson.  Steve has been married to Deanna for 34 years and has one daughter Christi and two Doberman Pinchers.

 Diana Pomeroy-Moore


After graduating from SBHS, she attended Valley College, then worked for Pacific Telephone, American National Bank, and as a real estate agent with several companies. Becoming a broker in 1984, she continued in real estate and formed a mortgage company, Tri Star Real Estate Services in 1986. She still works part time in sales with her company, Tri Star. In the meantime, she married and had two sons, Chris and Dale, who each have two children and live in Southern California. She became a widow in May 2000 when her husband Ken died of congestive heart failure. Her hobbies are sewing and gardening, and enjoys theatre and gourmet cooking. Her favorite travel destinations are Cancun and Maui. She is very active in the sorority Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Riverside chapter Alpha Kappa, a group of about 30 ladies who primarily raise money for charity, being an officer in the regional council and President of the chapter for 2000-01.
